Ovaxon is a movie tracking and social platform that allows users to discover movies, create watchlists, write reviews, rate films, and connect with other movie enthusiasts.

4. User-Generated Content and Community Guidelines

4.1 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you submit to Ovaxon, including but not limited to reviews, comments, ratings, usernames, profile bios, lists, and rankings. By posting content, you grant Ovaxon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform.

4.2 Zero Tolerance Policy

Ovaxon maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable, abusive, or illegal content. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community for all users.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that:

• Contains hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains nudity, especially content involving or exploiting minors
• Depicts, encourages, or glorifies violence, self-harm, or harm to others
• Promotes, facilitates, or provides instruction for illegal activities, including drug use, weapons trafficking, or other criminal acts
• Constitutes impersonation, fraud, phishing, or deliberately misleading content
• Contains doxxing or shares private, personal, or confidential information about individuals without consent
• Is spam, commercial solicitation, or malicious content including viruses or malware
• Infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or patent rights
• Contains graphic or disturbing content without appropriate warnings
• Encourages dangerous or harmful behavior

4.4 Content Moderation and Enforcement

Ovaxon reserves the right to:

• Monitor, review, filter, modify, or remove any user-generated content at any time, with or without notice
• Suspend or permanently ban user accounts that violate these Terms
• Remove content based on user reports, automated systems, or internal moderation processes
• Take immediate action against accounts or content that pose a safety risk or violate applicable laws
• Refuse service to any user at our sole discretion

4.5 No Pre-Screening Obligation

Ovaxon does not pre-screen all user-generated content before it appears on the platform. While we employ automated and manual moderation systems, we cannot guarantee that all content will be reviewed before publication. We will act promptly upon receiving reports of violations or becoming aware of prohibited content.

4.6 Reporting and Blocking

Users may report objectionable, abusive, or prohibited content directly within the app. All reports will be reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action will be taken at our discretion. Additionally, users may block other users to prevent unwanted interactions.

4.7 Consequences of Violations

Violations of these content policies may result in:

• Immediate removal of the offending content
• Temporary suspension of account privileges
• Permanent termination of your account
• Loss of access to premium features or services without refund, where legally permitted
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities where appropriate

Ovaxon reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of these Terms and what consequences are appropriate.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• Impersonate other users or entities

6. Intellectual Property

Ovaxon and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ovaxon and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Movie data is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB).

7. Third-Party Content

Movie information displayed on Ovaxon is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB). We do not have control over the content, accuracy, or completeness of data provided by TMDB. While we strive to filter out movies and content that may be deemed inappropriate, we cannot guarantee that all content will be suitable for all audiences. Users acknowledge that some movie content, descriptions, or images may not align with their preferences or values.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately and without prior notice for any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to posting prohibited content, engaging in abusive behavior, or any activity that threatens the safety or integrity of our platform or community.

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, all associated content, and any premium features or services. Termination may occur without refund of any fees paid, to the extent permitted by law. You may also voluntarily delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimers

Ovaxon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of movie information, user reviews, or recommendations. We are not responsible for user-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ovaxon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For significant changes, we may require you to explicitly re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the service.
